Using Knowledge Base Articles

Knowledge Base articles are just like regular WordPress posts, except that they are displayed in their own special section of your site. They can be edited like any other post, offer a revision history and WYSIWYG editing. They have their own category hierarchy and can be assigned knowledge base tags to help users find relevant content.

They look like other posts and pages on your site and you can also allow users to add comments to further the discussion.

Additionally Knowledge Base articles can contain attachments, for which there is a dedicated section.

Voting allows you to gain valuable insight into the efficacy and helpfulness of knowledge base content. Users can rate articles and leave feedback which can be viewed from the post editor screen.
